🛒 How do I bid on your auctions?

We run all our auctions through HiBid. Just click on “View Auctions” in our menu to access our current listings. You'll need to create a HiBid account if it’s your first time.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac e-Transfer, cash on pickup, and credit card (if available). Details will be provided on your invoice.


🧾 Are there any extra fees?

Yes — there is a 15% buyer’s premium, and applicable taxes (GST/QST) are added to your total.


📦 Where do I pick up my items?

Pickup is in Montreal. We’ll include the exact address and instructions in your invoice email.


📅 How do I book a pickup time?

After you win an item, use our “Book a Pickup” page to reserve your time slot online. It’s fast and easy through our booking calendar.


How long do I have to pick up my items?

Items must be picked up within 7 business days of the auction ending. After that, storage fees or cancellation may apply.


⚠️ What happens if I don’t pick up my items?

Items not picked up on time may be considered abandoned, and we can’t guarantee they’ll still be available. Please book your pickup as soon as possible.


🔍 What condition are the items in?

We sell liquidation, overstock, returned, and shelf-pulled items. That means products may be:

  • New

  • Open box

  • Used

  • Damaged or incomplete

Everything is sold as-is, and we recommend reviewing all photos and descriptions before bidding.
