Auction Rules

Thank you for bidding with us! By placing a bid, you agree to the following terms:

📦 1. All Items Sold “As Is”

• We sell new, used, open-box, or damaged items from returns, surplus, or liquidation.

• No refunds, exchanges, or guarantees.

• Please read item descriptions and inspect photos carefully before bidding.

💰 2. Buyer’s Premium

• A 15% buyer’s premium is added to the final bid price of each item.

• Example: If you win a lot at $100, you’ll be charged $115 + taxes.

🧾 3. Taxes

• Applicable taxes (GST/QST) will be added to your invoice.

💳 4. Payment

• Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close.

• Accepted methods: Cash on pickup, or credit card.

• Items will not be released until full payment is received.

📅 5. Pickup

• Items must be picked up within 7 business days of auction close.

• All pickups must be booked in advance using our online booking page.

• Pickup location details will be sent with your invoice.

⏳ 6. Late Pickup / Abandonment

• Items not picked up within the deadline may be considered abandoned without refund.

• A storage fee of $5/day may apply after 7 days.

⚠️ 7. Bidder Responsibility

• We reserve the right to cancel bids if behavior appears suspicious or abusive (non-payment, fake accounts, etc.).
